The event manager for these events are there to make sure your entire event runs smoothly, so you don’t have to worry. The assigned managers are experienced event coordinators, that have made event management into a career. They take the burden off your back and engage their years of experience to produce a professional and exceptional event.
What We Provide:

– Formation Night with Operations Crew
– Dance ‘Creative Director’ – responsible for all Choreography
– 6/8 Weeks Training at a Location of Your Choice, 2 Nights Per Week
– Promo Pack (Flyers, Posters, POP Up Stands to Promote the Event)
Sponsorship Cards for Contestants (Dancers)
– Full Colour Souvenir Profile Booklet (Contains Main Sponsor, Premium Act Sponsors, Contestant Profiles, Adverts)
– Events Page on Fundraising Events Web Site (www.fundraisingevents.ie) and On Line Ticketing Solution Platform
– Top Professional MC (Celebrity MC’s Available – Additional Cost)
– DJ Music throughout the Night and DJ ’till close of venue
– Big Stage Creation and Production
– Professional Lighting Systems and Lighting Engineer
– Professional PA System and Sound Engineer
– Professional AV Screens and AV Technician
– Event Production Manager
– Video Camera Man, or Crew, depending on Event Size
– Professional Photographer
– Voting Tickets, Boxes, and Judges Score Cards
– Make Up Artist, Hair Stylist, Costume Stylists
– AV Technician & Video Crew/Man are in the Enhanced Media Package – see below
– Stylists are provided at Additional Costs – why not get a Local Crew Sponsored

 

 

YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE SOME THINGS:
• Venue (this can be your Clubhouse or a Local Hotel/Venue)
• Judges (usually a Prominent Club Member, and Local Celebs/Business People/Politicians)
• Hair Stylists and Make Artists (Usually a Local Beauty Salon and Barber can become Sponsors of the Event)
• Raffle Tickets/Volunteers to Sell Raffle Tickets on the Night
• Security (if required)
• Entrance Officials to take Tickets and Grant Admission and Cash Sales at Door
• Voting Card Table with Sellers (usually €2.00 per vote, or €5.00 for 3 votes)

• Make Up Artists, Costume and Hair Stylists

We do not provide the costumes for the contestants/dancers.
We also only provide Stylists if required, however this will incur additional costs.
