– Top Professional MC (Celebrity MC’s Available – Additional Cost)
– DJ Music throughout the Night and DJ ’till close of venue

– Professional Lighting Systems and Lighting Engineer
– Professional PA System and Sound Engineer
– Professional AV Screens and AV Technician
– Event Production Manager
– Video Camera Man, or Crew, depending on Event Size

YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE SOME THINGS:

• Venue (this can be your Clubhouse or a Local Hotel/Venue)
• Judges (usually a Prominent Club Member, and Local Celebs/Business People/Politicians)
• Hair Stylists and Make Artists (Usually a Local Beauty Salon and Barber can become Sponsors of the Event)
• Raffle Tickets/Volunteers to Sell Raffle Tickets on the Night
• Security (if required)
• Entrance Officials to take Tickets and Grant Admission and Cash Sales at Door
• Voting Card Table with Sellers (usually e2.00 per vote, or e5.00 for 3 votes)

• Make Up Artists, Costume and Hair Stylists

We do not provide the costumes for the contestants/dancers.
We also only provide Stylists if required, however this will incur additional costs.
